PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING AZPHONE SERVICES. BY USING THE WEBSITE, CLIENT, CLOUD ANDROID DEVICES, OR RELATED SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

Welcome to AZPhone. AZPhone provides access to real Android cloud devices for apps, games, automation, testing, and business workflows. These Terms explain the rules that apply when you access the website, purchase a plan, create an account, or use any AZPhone service.

You are responsible for your account, login credentials, device sessions, and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure. You may not transfer, resell, share, or assign your account without written approval from AZPhone.

You may use AZPhone only for lawful workloads and in a way that does not harm the service, other users, network providers, platforms, or third parties. You may not use AZPhone for fraud, abuse, spam, credential attacks, malware, unauthorized access, or any activity that violates applicable law or platform rules.

AZPhone plans, device capacity, regions, Android versions, performance, and availability may vary by package and operational conditions. We may maintain, update, suspend, limit, or replace service resources when required for security, stability, compliance, or infrastructure reliability.

Fees, renewals, trials, promotions, and refunds follow the plan terms shown at purchase or in your account. Unless a separate written policy says otherwise, activated service time, consumed resources, and completed digital delivery may be non-refundable.

AZPhone, the AZPhone name, website, software, interface, images, documentation, and service design are owned by AZPhone or its licensors. You receive a limited right to use the service; no intellectual property rights are transferred to you.
